Everything I teach comes from lived experience. As I’ve grown into my 30s, I’ve found myself thinking, “I wish I had learned how to handle this when I was younger.” Now, I get to turn those moments into real, in-the-moment tools that help girls navigate big emotions, build confidence, and feel supported as they grow.

I’m also a mom of two, a passionate labour and delivery nurse, and a lifelong creative who was often called “too sensitive”—until I realized that sensitivity is actually a strength.

Today, it’s the foundation of everything I do.
