The SEEN Method is the heart of the Girls Growth Network approach — a mentorship framework designed to help girls and women feel emotionally supported, confident, connected, and deeply valued.
SEEN™ stands for creating spaces where individuals feel:
Supported — emotionally safe, encouraged, and empowered through life’s challenges and growth.
Empowered — equipped with tools, confidence, and self-awareness to trust themselves and use their voice.
Encouraged — reminded of their strengths, potential, and ability to grow through connection and community.
Noticed — truly seen for who they are, without judgment, comparison, or pressure to be anything other than themselves.
The SEEN Method is woven into every Girls Growth Network experience — from mentorship sessions and women’s events to camps and community programming — with the goal of helping every girl and woman leave feeling more connected to themselves and others.

Our current Girls Growth Network day camps are designed for girls ages 7–12, creating supportive spaces for confidence-building, friendship, creativity, emotional growth, and connection.
As Girls Growth Network continues to grow, our vision is to support girls and women through all stages of life — especially during seasons of transition, identity development, and personal growth.
Future mentorship and programming goals include support for:
Grade 7 & 8 girls navigating the transition into high school
High school-aged girls managing friendships, self-esteem, social pressures, extracurricular demands, relationships, and new exposures to substances and independence
University and young adult women adjusting to living independently, navigating career paths, relationships, identity, and adulthood
Women reconnecting with themselves during life transitions, burnout, motherhood, career shifts, healing journeys, or seasons of rediscovery
At every stage, the goal remains the same: creating spaces where girls and women feel supported, empowered, encouraged, and truly seen.
-
Girls Growth Network day camps are priced at $65 + processing fee per child, and that includes a full day of programming, activities, supplies, and lunch.
We believe every girl deserves access to supportive, confidence-building spaces — which is why we also offer a “See a Friend” option, allowing families or community members to sponsor a camp spot for a girl who may benefit from the experience but faces financial barriers.
We understand that every family’s circumstances are different, and our pricing approach is intentionally flexible, compassionate, and judgment-free. If cost feels like a barrier, we encourage you to reach out. We are committed to making Girls Growth Network accessible because we believe all girls deserve connection, support, and opportunities to grow.

Girls Growth Network was created from the belief that growth happens through genuine connection, emotional safety, and feeling truly seen. By doing my own research and discovery of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Integrated Parts Work - I’ve learned that there’s a young girl inside all of us women that truly wants to feel SEEN and understood.
What makes us different is the combination of:
A mental health-informed foundation — Programs and mentorship are led by a Registered Nurse and Nurse Psychotherapist, bringing emotional wellness, nervous system awareness, and real-life support into every experience.
Connection over perfection — We focus on confidence, emotional resilience, self-worth, and community rather than performance, comparison, or pressure.
A relationship-centered approach — Whether through camps, mentorship, or events, every participant is encouraged to feel safe, valued, supported, and genuinely known.
The SEEN Method — Our unique framework helps girls and women feel Supported, Empowered, Encouraged, and Noticed in every interaction and experience.
At Girls Growth Network, we’re not just creating programs — we’re creating spaces where girls and women can grow into themselves with confidence, courage, and connection.

Colleen approaches everything with a general curiosity and desire to understand, at the core, where everyone is arriving from.
She’s a hugger, a thought provoker, and young girl at heart that tries to be sunshine everywhere she goes.
As a mom of two, a healthcare professional passionate about women’s health, and a ride or die friend - she get’s it, and she’s probably been where you are.
Judgement free chats, all the time.
